At Talestry, every book is lovingly crafted and uniquely personalized using the photos and details you provide. Because of the one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for changes of heart or user errors. However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us, and we're here to help if something goes wrong.

Replacements for Defects or Delivery Issues

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, a printing error, or is damaged or lost in transit, we'll make it right. We offer free replacements under the following conditions:

  • The issue is reported within 30 days of receiving the book
  • You provide photographic evidence of the issue or damage
  • The problem resulted from our printing process or a shipping mishap

What We Can't Replace or Refund

Because each Talestry book is made just for you:

  • We cannot offer refunds or replacements for books where incorrect information or photos were submitted during ordering.
  • We cannot offer replacements due to dissatisfaction with the appearance of AI-generated illustrations, as these are based on the photos and details provided.
